We are almost finished with the Armor of God. This week I have combined the Helmet of Salvation and the Sword of the Spirit because to me they really go together.
You have to know the Word, how your salvation is true and how God is trustworthy to have confidence in your salvation. This confidence will protect your mind from doubting God and what He says about you.
A few verses that I would encourage you to commit to memory and highlight in your Bible.
Ephesians 6:10 - Begins the Armor of God
Ephesians 2:8-9: Salvation
Ephesians 1:13: You are marked with a Seal
Romans 8:38 - 39: Nothing can separate you from the love of God
John 10:10: I have come that you may have abundant life
2 Corinthians 5:17: The old is gone the new has come
